Comparative study of phenolic compounds of the herb of Betonica L. genus species of flora of Ukraine

Species of Betonica L. genus are widespread in Ukraine and contain different groups biologically active substances: hydroxycinnamic acids, flavonoids, tannins, iridoids, terpenoids, steroids, essential oil, organic vitamin K, nitrogen-containing compounds, phenylethanoid glycosides. show a wide range pharmacological activity (anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, choleretic, diuretic, sedative, antitumor, antihypertensive, etc.) phenolic compounds one the most important promising substances these plants.
 The aim. aim work was to conduct comparative study herb species flora Ukraine.
 Materials methods. object peraucta brachydonta harvested phase mass flowering plant Ivano-Frankivsk region. carried out by paper chromatography, HPLC spectrophotometry.
 Results. 7 components 4 5 2 coumarins were identified quantified studied raw material. quantitative content main determined method absorption spectrophotometry: polyphenols – 5.96 % 4.82 %, tannins 1.62 0.68 flavonoids 2.07 1.13 acids 7.01 3.58 respectively.
 Conclusions. As result conducted studies it found that is significantly higher than brachydonta. Therefore, this for further research creation new drugs
